ArmourGuard® -Ice consists of three key components:
The stainless micro-mesh is vulcanized into grooves along both sides of each 5-foot aluminum section. It can install on existing gutters, either slipping under shingles and fitting snugly to the gutter lip or attaching to the fascia using the Sliploc channel under the drip edge. Best performance is achieved when installed at the roof pitch (up to 5/12), though it does not need to exceed a 30° pitch.
